About me…

As a teenager, my family experienced a death by suicide. Since then, I have worked to better understand the human experience, advocate for proactive mental health practices, and de-stigmatize psychotherapy.

After graduating with a B.A. in Intensive Psychology from the University of California Santa Cruz, I continued onto Santa Clara University to pursue a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Health Psychology. During that time I started my clinical training at Bay Area Clinical Associates where I served as both an Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient Clinician for several years. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, I have pivoted to provide mental health services in a tele-health private practice setting. I now see clients all over the state of California.

My training and background includes treating individuals, families, and couples, along with facilitating skills-based groups. I have worked with people of all ages on issues related to anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem, relationships, career development, and life transitions. I strive to provide compassionate, authentic, culturally sensitive, and evidence-based psychotherapy.
